    Wherever applicable, products are prepared and energized as per traditional spiritual practices. Some items are naturally spiritual in nature and may not require additional energization.

  3. How long does delivery take?
    Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

  4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most products and serviceable pin codes. COD availability may vary based on location and order value.

  5. What is your return policy?
    Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged in transit or the product received is incorrect. No other return requests are accepted.

  6. Are energized or customized products returnable?
    No. Energized, customized, personalized, worn, or used spiritual products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

  7. What proof is required for return approval?
    A continuous unboxing video without cuts and clear images of the product and packaging are mandatory. Without proper proof, return or refund requests cannot be processed.

  8. Will the product look exactly like the images shown?
    Products made from natural materials may have slight variations in color, size, shape, or texture. Images are for reference purposes only, and such variations are natural, not defects.

  9. Are spiritual benefits guaranteed?
    No. Spiritual benefits depend on individual faith, belief, and personal practice. Our products are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice, and no guaranteed results are claimed.

  14. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
    Order cancellations are allowed only within one hour of payment. Once an order enters processing or dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

    Delivery timelines are approximate. Delays due to courier issues, festivals, weather conditions, or force majeure are not grounds for refunds.
