1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged during transit
• Product received is incorrect
No other return requests will be accepted.

2. Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests after 48 hours will not be considered.

3. Mandatory Proof for Returns
For return approval, the following are mandatory:
• Continuous unboxing video (without cuts)
• Clear images of the product and packaging
⚠️ No unboxing video = No return or refund

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Energized spiritual products
• Customized or personalized items
• Used, worn, opened, or tampered products

5. Inspection & Approval
Returned items will be inspected by our quality team.
Refunds are initiated only after approval.
If the product fails inspection, the refund request will be rejected.

6. Refund Method
• Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method (after deductions if applicable)
• COD orders: Refund via store credit or bank transfer, based on feasibility

7. Refund Deductions
Approved refunds may deduct:
• Payment gateway charges
• Courier/shipping costs
• Service or handling charges

8. Incorrect Customer Information
Orders affected due to incorrect details provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.

9. No Guarantee Disclaimer
Spiritual benefits depend on individual belief and practice.
No refunds are provided based on belief-based dissatisfaction.
